We collect as early as the next business day, in a morning window between 8:30 and 11:30 a.m.
Your parcel is delivered the same day we collect it, inside the delivery window we promised you.
Flat-rate zone pricing means the price you are quoted is the price you pay, which makes the expense predictable enough to budget against.
Every delivery is priced by zone, not by distance. Zone 1 covers the Richmond core and Zone 2 covers the wider region — both are shown on the map above.
When a delivery falls close to the line between the two, we automatically apply the lesser-priced of the two zones.

If we miss a delivery window we promised you, and the fault is ours, we refund the delivery in full.
